The rainy projections for Saturday mean we will head indoors. Our friends at Bicycle Village have volunteered to put on a spinning class at the YMCA. Meet at Bicycle Village at 9:30 am and then walk over to the Y for a spin class with George. If you’re like me and trying to get ready for the Tour de Cure next weekend it will be a good work out.
